"Sweet site, maybe a little too simple?"
The website has a really clean, soft look, which makes sense for baby stuff. I did feel like a few pages seemed a bit old-fashioned or maybe just too plain, but I might be nitpicking. It’s not bad at all, I just kind of wish the design had a little more charm or personality.

"Nice products, but the experience could be better"
I ordered from Under the Nile because I really liked what they stand for, organic cotton, fair trade, and making things more thoughtfully. When the items arrived, they did feel soft and well made, so I was happy with that part. But from my actual experience, the price felt a bit high for what I got, and the shipping took longer than I expected. I still appreciate the company’s values, but overall it was more of an okay purchase than an amazing one

My order ended up taking a little longer than I expected, so I emailed customer service just to see what was going on.

They got back to me the next day and were kinda nice about the whole thing. It wasn’t the fastest response ever, but they did explain the delay and sent over the tracking info after that.
I do wish I had gotten updates a bit sooner, but overall they handled it well. I’d order from them again.

I do like the quality, and the organic cotton is a nice touch 😊 But the prices feel a bit high for what you’re getting. Shipping was fine, just not especially quick. I’d probably order again if there’s a sale, but paying full price is kind of hard to justify.

"Shipping was slower than I hoped"
My order did show up later than expected, which was a bit frustrating. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “Sorry for the delay, it’s still on the way,” so at least they responded. When it finally arrived, everything was packed fine and nothing was damaged.

The fabric is super soft and my baby seems totally comfortable in it, so that part is great. But after washing it, the fit felt a little off, which was kind of annoying. For the price, I expected it to feel cozier too. It’s not terrible, but the cost for what you get is a bit ridiculous.

"Soft, safe, and easy to order"
I ordered a few baby clothes and a little toy from Under the Nile, and I’ve been really happy with everything. The whole process was super easy, from browsing to checkout, and shipping went smoothly too. The cotton feels soft and gentle, not scratchy at all, and there wasn’t any weird smell when the items arrived. My baby has sensitive skin, so I’m careful about what I buy, but we haven’t had any issues. I’d definitely order again.

"Really nice quality"
i mean, the cotton feels really soft and nice, and it has a good thickness to it without feeling cheap. I’ve washed it a few times already and it still looks great, so I’m happy with it.

"Still holding up great after lots of washes"
My baby has one pair of these pajamas that’s been through a ton of washes, and they still look and feel good. If this pair is anything to go by, these seem like they’re made to last.

I had to do an exchange, and while it did get sorted out in the end, it took longer than I expected. The process worked, but I found myself checking for updates more than I would’ve liked. Overall, it was okay—just slower than I hoped.
